Airport Transfers & Pickups
Our logistics team provides complimentary airport pickup services for registered international participants.
Requirement: Submit your flight details to +254 711 519466 or +254 722 996154 at least 48 hours prior to landing.
Arrival: Designated team members holding ICTA-EMOS signage will welcome you at the terminal.
Daily Conference Transport
Scheduled shuttle buses will run every morning and evening between official partner hotels and the conference venue at Moi University.
Currency & Banking
The local currency is the Kenya Shilling (KES).
Exchange bureaus and ATMs are available at the airport. Most major credit cards are accepted at hotels, but KES cash is necessary for local transport and small vendors.
