To ensure a smooth review and publication process, all authors are required to submit their papers through the conference portal. All submissions will undergo rigorous peer review, and accepted papers will be published in proceedings with an ISBN\/DOI.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/svg\/26a0.svg\" alt=\"\u26a0\ufe0f\"> <strong>Submission Deadline:<\/strong> &gt; All papers must be successfully uploaded by <strong>30th June 2026, 23:59 EAT<\/strong>. The portal will close automatically after this time.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><u> Pre-Submission Checklist<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Before logging into the portal, please ensure your manuscripts meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Language:<\/strong> English<\/li>\n<li><strong>Originality:<\/strong> Submissions must be original, unpublished and not under review elsewhere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Template and Format:<\/strong> Manuscripts must be written using the appropriate Springer Nature template.\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=%23\">Download MS Word Template<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=%23\">Download LaTeX Template<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Review the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=%23\">Springer Nature Manuscript Guidelines<\/a> for detailed preparation rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Submission Length Requirements:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Full papers:<\/strong> Up to 8 pages (including references, figures and tables).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Short papers:<\/strong> Up to 4 pages (including references, figures and tables).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Case studies:<\/strong> Length should follow the relevant submission category or conference guidance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Abstract Length:<\/strong> Abstracts should be between 250 and 300 words.<\/li>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/svg\/26a0.svg\" alt=\"\u26a0\ufe0f\"> <strong>Page Limit Policy:<\/strong> Authors are advised to keep manuscripts concise and within the standard page limit where possible.
