In 2016, the Sino-Africa Cultural Exchange Forum (SACEF) was incorporated\n      into SAISTA to strengthen people-to-people exchanges. SACEF has been held for 10 consecutive\n      years, contributing to China-Africa friendly relations.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      The year 2026 marks the China-Africa Year of People-to-People Exchange.
